Do you enjoy working with young people and helping them to achieve their potential?

We have a fantastic opportunity to lead an aspirational project that will seek to bring the very best out of our young people by working to improve their well-being and life chances.

The Coordinator will work across our three main sites: a Children’s Nature Garden, a Karting Project and Adventure Playground. Each of the projects provides unique opportunities for children and young people to play learn new skills and knowledge, develop confidence and self-esteem. The Coordinator will ensure high quality services are provided for a wide range of young people with different interests, backgrounds and abilities.

Funded by BBC Children in Need and the Mayor of London, this post is to develop an innovative youth intervention programme that aims to keep young people on the ‘Right Track’. This will be achieved by providing positive karting activities as well as mentoring, advice, information, guidance and family support to children and young people from the local community.

The right candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, creative problem solver who believes that all young people have the right to succeed.
