CACHE Level 2 Diploma in Playwork

Kensington and Chelsea College

Duration: 35 weeks

Hours: Thursdays 12pm – 5pm and Fridays 9:30am – 4:30pm

This qualification is an introduction to the primary aspects of working with children and young people between the ages of four to 16 in play environments.

It provides an understanding of the importance of play and playwork in children and young people’s lives.

The Diploma covers the knowledge and skills needed when working under supervision and requires the demonstration of these skills in the workplace. The course aimed at all those who wish to work in a supervised role in a wide range of playwork environments.
