Action planning for play strategies

Here is some further advice about how to construct an action plan for your local play strategy.

This is designed to "skill up" the Play Association and voluntary and community sector representatives to compete with the Council's Masters of Business Administration (MBA's) in suits who want to push through their own agenda in the Play Strategy Development Group (PSDG).

With some well chosen quotes (cut and paste them into your emails, use plenty of acronyms) you can ensure an equitable discussion on priorities for play.
