Home Zones for London target boroughs

Since 2003, the Home Zones for London (HZfL) project has been working with residents, community groups and local authorities in target London boroughs to promote and support the development of home zones.

The project has placed great emphasis on the importance of a resident/community driven process as this is vital to the creation of successful home zones. There are, however, a variety of routes to establishing a home zone, as is highlighted by the different approaches undertaken by five of the target boroughs.
