Plog

The Play Association Tower Hamlets (PATH) Play Times Project works in the area of Tower Hamlets that shows up as absolutely bald on the play space mapping exercises that have been done by PATH and for the Olympics legacy mapping exercises.

Playworkers support the children at play on the spaces, and gather play memories from the adults around them. In this way the project aims to re-kindle a sense of importance of play in the community and equip people with all that they need to encourage their children to use the outdoors for play again.

The project also provides training for adults if they want it and works with communities to identify money to make physical changes to open spaces to make them more conducive to play if that is necessary.

A Plog - play log - has been created so progress can be followed: link
